ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE AND SHIPPED WILL ONLY RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT (VALID ONLINE AND IN STORES). WE WILL NO LONGER ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ONLINE ORDERS. EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1ST 2023.

How long do I have to make a return if I'm shipping it back?
All online orders between November 1 and December 14, 2023 have until January 15th to return their merchandise for STORE CREDIT ONLY (You will receive via email.) Items must be delivered to us by January 15th 2023. If you paid for shipping when ordering, shipping will not be credited. Orders delivered after December 15th 2023 will have 30 days from delivery date with the same conditions listed above. Items shipped to us, but outside the return window will not receive store credit. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pick up or have shipped back, we will not pay for that. All return items must be in original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered and the tags must be attached. If items are not in new, sellable condition, return will not be accepted.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE even if given/received as a gift. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

 

Do I have to pay the return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments. Any lost or damaged returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
All return items must be in original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered and the tags must be attached. If items are not in new, sellable condition, return will not be accepted.

How will I get refunded if I paid with a gift card?
Online orders that were paid for with a gift card will be refunded to an online store credit. You will receive an email with the gift card information.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to 2-3 days from the time your package was delivered to us to receive a store credit. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been received and processed.

How and where do I send my return?
Package items in a container that will prevent damage to the items you are sending back, i.e. a box, plastic shipping bag. Returns should be sent along with your Reason for Return Form to the address below:

In Store Return Policy

Can items ordered online be returned to the store?

Items ordered online can be returned to either of our stores. You must have a receipt and all original tags attached. Clothing must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. All online orders placed November 1-December 14, 2023 have until January 15th 2024 to return/exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Orders after December 15th have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items to either store. You can exchange the item(s) or receive a Store Credit, valid in store or online. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Can CLEARANCE merchandise be returned or exchanged?

All CLEARANCE merchandise is FINAL SALE even if given/received as a gift. No exchanges can be made.

 

Gift Card Use

Can a Gift Card purchased online be used in store?

 

Gift Cards purchased online and in stores can be used either online or at any store location.

Can a Store Credit be used online?

Store Credits can be used online and in stores.
